Mongolia's foreign trade legal framework is a comprehensive system of laws that encompasses customs duties and charges, internal taxation and regulation, business entities and state trading enterprises, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, technical regulations and marks of origin, quantitative restrictions and prohibitions on importation and exportation, exchange arrangements, and multilateral trade agreements, all of which govern cross-border trade in goods and services on a legal basis.
